Information for Prospective Stall Holders
at Museum Events
The Fund Day is in association with Seaford Martello Rotary

These events are planned to be mostly in the lower moat area of the Tower but for the Fund Day only, stall-holders may be located on the top of the covered moat by prior arrangement.  It should be noted that this is prone to sea winds.  In the event of bad weather, a few stalls could be fitted into various spaces within the museum but this would be limited to about 10 stalls.

The museum can provide tables and chairs but only has a few gazebos.  If you have your own tent or gazebo, it would be appreciated if you could bring it (NOTE: these cannot be pegged to the ground.).

Set-up time begins two hours prior to opening time to the public.

There will be a charge of £5.- per stall, payable at the event. Stalls are free for organisations not selling items.

The Museum cannot provide refreshments but ploughman's lunch and other refreshments will be available from the Seaford Martello Rotary on the Fund Day in August.

Please let us know if you would like to take part in this event.
