Learning

We are Living History in action. Be part of tomorrow, today!

We arrived at the name of Living History during the 2020 lockdown when we launched a project for young people in Seaford to have their voice heard, for them to record their experiences of lockdown for the future. [insert link to The Living History Project]

Our aim is to provide opportunities for children and young people to explore the museum in a fun and exciting manor in order to experience and learn about the history, geography, social and cultural aspects of the area through the artefacts in our care.

As we work towards the future, we look forward to welcoming you to the museum and to our wider collaboration with local groups.

We are currently in the process of developing local community links with schools, clubs and other organisations. Please contact us at livinghistory@seafordmuseum.co.uk if you would like to find out how we can work together to use our amazing collection with your group!
